Usage desription
The equipment is computer-operated, therefore it is easy-to-use. Among the functions on the panel you select the preferred mode, then under the wished mode menu button sophisticated settings are available. For example: softness – rigidity adjustment, temperature adjustment etc.
We pour the pre-mixed ice cream juice based on the suitable recipe to the containers, while we start the chilling – stirring function and the machine continuously informs us on the ice cream’s readiness level and when the adequate consistency is reached it signals the end of the process. At the end of the day, you pour the cleaning liquid recommended by the manufacturer to the container, and press the cleaning mode on the control panel and the equipment cleans itself.
